Syllabi for 1st Semester, AY 2012-2013

I haven’t updated my blog in a while. I’ve been too busy with summer vacation here in the Philippines. As you’ve seen, I have been baking. Well, in a way, at least it was productive.

As I enroll in my Art Stud 300 and start my thesis, I also go back to teaching. For now, here are my syllabi for Art Appreciation and Art History I subjects. For my new students, I hope we have a great semester together.

Math, science, history, unraveling the mystery... #bigbangtheory #milktea #tea #gamerchef Chicken in oyster sauce with vegetables and cashew. Late Sunday lunch by #gamerchef. #lunch #food Afternoon milk tea, homemade by #gamerchef. #tea #milktea Tuna and couscous experiment. Same method with couscous, 1 part couscous, 2 parts water, leave half a lemon in there, and season with cumin and salt. Cover and set aside. Squeeze the lemon into the couscous when its fluffy. For the topping, sauté chopped garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then toss in plain canned tuna. Add garbanzos and corn. Season with rosemary and sage (or whatever herb you want, but rosemary is important for fish). Serve with fresh cucumber. Season everything with a bit of cayenne pepper to taste. I'm thinking on how to make this dish prettier. But I liked it! :) #recipe #dinner #couscous #tuna Awesome brunch, yorkshire pudding with cheese, and bacon strips. Sprinkle with basil and cayenne pepper. Served with brewed coffee and carrot juice. #brunch #bacon #pudding #gamerchef Tanduay Black and Sheldon Cooper. #drink #gamerchef
