Syllabi for 1st Semester, AY 2012-2013

I haven’t updated my blog in a while. I’ve been too busy with summer vacation here in the Philippines. As you’ve seen, I have been baking. Well, in a way, at least it was productive.

As I enroll in my Art Stud 300 and start my thesis, I also go back to teaching. For now, here are my syllabi for Art Appreciation and Art History I subjects. For my new students, I hope we have a great semester together.

Once in a while, we perform the traditional notion of romance. #date #romance #gamerchef #ninyo Sunshine in the rain, late valentine's cake. I'm craving this again. #gamerchef #mocha #cake #sweets #dessert #gamerchef made me feel better by cooking chicken and bacon burger. Her served it with prata and salad greens with more bacon! That's good dinner. #dinner #chicken #burger Been experimenting on Jaime Oliver's yorkshire pudding recipe. Though I'm pretty sure the English wouldn't add cheese to it, I did and I liked it. Its probably why it didn't rise this time. Its basically 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt mixed like crazy together. Then in a muffin tin, put olive oil before pouring in the mix. Takes 15-20 mins in a 200 deg oven. The batter is also good for pancakes! #pudding #bread #breakfast #recipe Simple pasta in cream sauce for a stay-at-home Friday night. #pasta #dinner #food First Japanese curry I cooked by myself. I don't have the proportions perfect yet, but I love it! This version has beef, potatoes, and button mushrooms, because that's what I found in my stock. I used black mountain rice because I enjoy its texture and flavor, the more common rice served with this dish is Japanese white rice. #curry #homecooked #lunch #food
