Pre-Historic and Early Art

Hi. I seem to be having some difficulty posting media here in WordPress. So, an easier upload is once again at 4shared. Here are the links to the power point presentation provided by the first reporter as well as the power point presentation that I prepared for this topic. If you would search or check the history of the site, you can find other lectures on pre-historic and early art that might interest you. I have already loaned you a copy of Robert Cumming’s Eyewitness Companion: ART, so you may photocopy it at your convenience. I hope that even if you are not the reporter of the day you would still find the time to read the book and even search the internet for relevant topics that can help you in your studies.

This is the word document that your classmates also provided for you:

Good luck to today’s reporters, I’ll see you in class! ๐Ÿ™‚

**Next meeting, before the next group reports, we’ll have a quiz! So study hard. I want better results this time! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you Bacolod judges for bringing this over. Been craving this for like 5 years. Yum! #mtg #treats
Ok naman daw yung ramen pero mas masarap pa rin daw yung beef wonton noodle soup sa Mr. Ube. Lol. Little one likes her noodles! #toddlerfood #toddlernarratives
Sunday, let's play! #toddlernarratives
Our little ball of energy. I wish we have more accessible public parks here in the Philippines. I abhor malls, it was just easier to visit when she was sooo small. Now that she's bigger, commercial spaces with grass, gardens, and outdoor spaces are our compromise. We make do with what we have and encourage play as much as we can. You know she had fun when her clothes are absolutely filthy after. Lol. #toddlernarratives #toddlerplay
A few snaps with the makeshift pull toy. Also, I rock the exhausted mom look with a giant coffee cup. Lol. Btw, Family Mart has cheap, good UCC brewed coffee. Their pastries are quite nice for their price point as well. Sunday treat while racing after the toddler. #toddlernarratives #toddlerplay
Never thought that her makeshift pull toy would create such a stir in the playground. Lol. #gamerchef mentioned earlier that the little one might want a pull toy, as he saw her playing with the ones at school. Those things are expensive though, so I thought of making her some from the toys she already have at home. I was looking for extra shoelaces when I remembered I have some ribbons stashed somewhere. Our place is small, so we took her to that playground again so she can play with it better. Turns out, lots of kids were so curious about the pull toy, several kids even tried to grab it from her. Such simple things can bring about joy. #gamerchef also thinks that most kids play with gadgets nowadays so when they see simple toys it is fascinating for them. Anyway, the little one enjoyed her pull toy and I hope we'll come up with more interesting toys in the future. #toddlernarratives #toddlerplay
