“Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales deserves recognition for  highlighting the importance of reasoned albeit impassioned discussion about the values that are important to our society,” said Centerlaw lawyers Harry Roque, Joel Butuyan and Romel Regalado Bagares, who represented Cruz and CCP Museum Division Head Karen Ocampo Flores in the proceedings.

The case arose from Cruz’s “Poleteismo” – a wall collage of conflicting and contradictory images of popular religiosity, politics and consumerism – that was shown in the Kulo exhibit at the  CCP in 2011 along with 31 other art works celebrating the national hero Jose Rizal’s 150thbirthday and…

The only semi-decent video we got of her walking unsupported. It really was much better than that. Maybe in the days to come. We were just so excited, its difficult to film. So happy for our bouncing ray of sunshine! #babybirthday #babynarratives
Incredibly fun party number two at baby school! The baby buffet was such a hit! More stories to come. Also, Leia had such fun, she began walking unsupported. Yay! #babybirthday #babynarratives
For now, all I can say is, we have a toddler. Who refuses her bedtime because she found out she has new toys in the shiny boxes. Among other things. She grew up too fast and I have a million words but none that I can utter right now. Thanks to everyone who has always been there for us in our most challenging journey yet. Onwards little one, you are still my baby. #babybirthday #babynarratives
Leia's impromptu day out. Just wanted a bite at the local eatery, but it was closed, so we went to a nearby mall. We ordered her a crepe and she loved it. She enjoyed "choosing" from the menu. Lol. We also gave in and let her taste ice cream from one of our favorite places. But, nope, she did not like it. Nice, pre-birthday celebration, she definitely enjoyed being outside and observing people. #babynarratives
Someone had her first ice cream. And she did not like it. Lol. I really thought she would gobble ice cream up, oh well, good for her. Impromptu day out when our neighborhood eatery was closed. #babynarratives
I wish I can have a sip of orange hot chocolate and a bite of lemon cream pie. Its sooo hot. And I am craving. Sigh... I am sooo Tita. #chocolate #dessert
